Refund policy

At Jaikeif, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase such as a receipt or order number.

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return. These include products that have been used or damaged after delivery (unless the issue is caused by us), items that are not in their original packaging, and any clearance or final sale items.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and issued to your original payment method.

If you have not received your refund yet, we recommend first checking your bank account again. You should then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. After that, contact your bank, since processing times can vary. If you still have not received your refund, please reach out to us.

We only offer exchanges if the item you received is defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to request an exchange, please contact us by email.

To return a product, you should mail it to Jaikeif, 958 Reaney Ave, Saint Paul, MN 55106, USA. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
